Terms of Use

Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 [Purpose]
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the 'Terms') are related to the terms and conditions of subscription and use of the http://www.i-ada.org site (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service') jointly provided to the users (hereinafter referred to as the 'members') by the IADA. And other necessary matters.

Article 2 [Effectiveness and Revision of Terms of Use]
①These Terms will become effective upon notice to the Member of the Services or by other means.
②Our headquarters may amend this Agreement within the scope of not violate relevant laws, such as the Act on the regulation of the Agreement, the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use, and the Protection of Information.
③When we revise the terms and conditions, we specify the date of application and the reason for the revision, and notify the service to the service from 7 days before the date of application to the day before the date of application together with the current terms and conditions.
④If you do not agree with the revised terms, you can request to withdraw. However, if you continue to use the service after the effective date of the revised agreement, you are regarded as agreeing to the amendment of the agreement.
⑤We are not responsible for any damages caused by not knowing the revised terms and conditions.

Article 3 [Other Terms and Conditions]
Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall comply with other relevant laws of the Republic of Korea, including the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Chapter 2: Signing of Service Use Agreement

Article 4 [Establishment of Service Use Agreement]
①The service use contract is established by the member's consent to use the terms of use and the user's acceptance of the application.
②If a member reads these terms and clicks the "Accept" button or checks "Confirm" etc., he / she agrees to these terms.

Article 5 [Acceptance and Restriction on Membership Application]
①Applicants for service membership will be accepted unless there is a problem in business or technology.
②Our headquarters may refuse to accept your application if it is determined that your application for service membership falls under any of the following:
1. If approval is not possible due to reasons attributable to the member
2. When there is a risk of causing social objections, such as defamation of others
3. If you apply in violation of other regulations
③Our headquarters may suspend approval if there is no room for service-related facilities, or if there is a business or technical problem.

Article 6 [Change of Member Information]
①Members can view and modify their personal information at any time through the membership plaza in the service. However, the real name, social security number, ID, etc. necessary for service management cannot be modified.
②In the event that there is a change in the information provided when applying for membership, the member shall notify the change of the changed member information in the service.
③We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by not notifying our headquarters of the changes mentioned in the preceding paragraph.

Chapter 3: Duties of Contracting Parties

Article 7 [Obligations of the Headquarters]
①Unless otherwise specified, our headquarters must make the service available on the completion date of membership if consent is given to the user who applied for membership.
②In order to provide continuous and stable service, our headquarters must repair or repair it without delay unless it is unavoidable. However, our headquarters is not responsible for the suspension of service use that occurs without cause of our headquarters.
③Our headquarters must comply with the laws on the protection of personal information of Korean public institutions for the protection of personal information. However, the site linked on the service page is subject to the privacy policy of the linked site operator, not our headquarters.
④Our headquarters is not responsible for any information exposed due to reasons attributable to the member.
⑤Our headquarters shall immediately deal with the internal procedures of our headquarters if it is determined that opinions or complaints raised by members are objectively reasonable. However, if immediate processing is difficult, the member must be notified of the reason and processing schedule.

Article 8 [Obligations of Members]
①A member shall not do any of the following things:
1. Registration of false information when applying or changing
2. Steal information from others
3. Changes in Information Posted by Our Headquarters
4. Send or post computer programs, etc.
5. Infringement of intellectual property rights, such as copyright of our headquarters or third parties
6. Defame or interfere with our headquarters or third parties
7. Disclose or post any obscene or violent message, video, audio, or other information contrary to public or moral information on the Service
8. Use the service for profit without the consent of our headquarters
9. Other illegal or unfair acts
②Members shall comply with related laws and regulations, terms of use, notices related to user guides and services, and notices from our headquarters.

Chapter 4: Service Use

Article 9 [Restriction on Use of Service]
①The headquarters may restrict the use of all or part of the service or take legal sanctions such as accusation to the investigative agency if it is determined that the member's use of the service falls under each of the following.
1. If you fail to comply or violate your obligations
2. When sending a large amount of information or continuously sending spam messages against the recipient's intention to interfere with the stable operation of the service
3. When applying for unauthorized subscription using the automatic account creation program or other technical device for the purpose of using the service of our headquarters differently from the original intention
4. Distributing computer virus programs that cause malfunction of information and communication equipment or destruction of information.
5. When there is a request for correction by an external organization such as the Information and Communication Ethics Committee or when the election administration has been analyzed for violation of the election law in connection with the illegal election campaign.
6. When the information posted on the service is reproduced, published or broadcasted without prior approval of our headquarters.
7. If the act violates related laws such as criminal law, telecommunications related law
8. If you win a prize at our headquarters in an unfair way
9. Altering the service program of our headquarters, hacking of the server, or arbitrarily manipulating or changing any or all of the posted information
10. In case of using commercial services (bulletin board or comments) for commercial purposes
11. If you impersonate the service management, employees, or officials of our headquarters
12. If you harm or interfere with the service for no other reason

Article 10 [Suspension of Service Suspension and Restriction]
①A member can make an appeal in case of termination or suspension of service use contract or restriction.
②Our headquarters may postpone the suspension of the member's suspension until the decision is made, and the result must be notified to the member.
③Our headquarters shall immediately cancel the suspension of use if the reason for suspension is resolved during the period of suspension.

Article 11 [Posts of Members]
①Our headquarters may move, delete, or refuse registration without prior notice if it is determined that the posts (comments, images, etc.) in the service registered or posted by members fall under any of the following subparagraphs.
1. In case of defamation or defamation of our headquarters or third party
2. In case of violation of public order and morals
3. When used for or attempted to use a criminal act
4. If the content violates the rights of others, such as the intellectual property rights of our headquarters or third parties
5. Posted sexually explicit content or posted links and URLs of sexually explicit sites
6. In case of inserting malicious code such as spyware in the post, it interferes with member's use and our headquarters' work.
7. If other posts are found to violate the provisions of these Terms or related laws
②Members' posts may continue to be provided to other members unless our headquarters stops the service.

Article 12 [Use of Posts]
①When a member posts a service on the service, our headquarters duplicates, transmits, manages it as a database, provides it to the media, etc., and another member copies and transmits his posts using the scrap function. By agreeing to use such means.
②Our headquarters does not provide any member information other than the member's ID when providing the member's post in accordance with the preceding paragraph.
③Our headquarters must obtain the member's consent in advance by phone, fax, or e-mail when the member's post is intended for commercial use in a manner other than the first clause. However, even if seven days have elapsed since the date of the notice, the member shall be deemed to have consented.
④If our headquarters uses your posts for commercial purposes, we may provide you with a fee.

Article 13 [Service Suspension]
①In case of unavoidable reasons such as urgent service check, expansion and replacement, our headquarters may temporarily suspend the service without prior notice. You can stop.
②Our headquarters may limit or suspend all or part of the service if normal service cannot be provided without the fault of our headquarters such as service equipment failure or congestion of service. In this case, however, the reason and period shall be notified to members in advance or after.
③Our headquarters may suspend the service if there is a force majeure cause such as natural disaster, war, or telecommunications service provider such as a telecommunications service provider or it does not provide it normally.

Article 14 [advertising and dealing with advertisers]
①The member shall be deemed to have consented to ad serving when using the service.
②Our headquarters is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from members' participation in, or trading in, the advertiser's promotional activities.
③If a member moves to another site through a link that is exposed in the service, our headquarters is not responsible for any damages caused by the information provided on that site.

Article 15 [Provision of Information]
①Our headquarters can send various information and advertisements deemed necessary for the use of the service to the members by e-mail, etc. If the members do not want to do so, the member can refuse to receive them through the indication of intention by appropriate means such as e-mail. can.
②Even if you have refused to receive e-mail, you can send a notice e-mail regardless of unsubscribe if there is a notice you need to be aware of.
③Our headquarters may request additional information with the consent of the member for the purpose of improving the service.

Chapter 5: Dispute Mediation and Other Matters

Article 16 [Indemnity, etc.]
①Our headquarters will not be held liable for any damages incurred in the member's use of the service if there is no intentional or material negligence.
②If the member's posts are lost without the deliberate or gross negligence of our headquarters, we will not be held responsible for them.
③Our headquarters is not responsible for any damages caused by the use of the member's service materials.
④Our headquarters is not responsible for any failures in service use due to reasons attributable to the member.
⑤Our headquarters is not responsible for the truth, reliability, accuracy, etc. of the materials posted or transmitted by the members or all the materials that the members can receive from the service.
⑥We do not engage in disputes between members or between a member and a third party without our fault.
⑦Our headquarters is responsible for system failures and data deletion, system failures caused by third-party attacks, and prominent research at home and abroad. We are not responsible for any member's damages caused by dissemination of computer viruses or other force majeure that cannot be controlled by the company.
⑧Notwithstanding the foregoing, our headquarters can carry out data backups, and we have a duty to minimize damages to members such as data recovery support.

Article 17 [Dispute Mediation and Jurisdiction]
①If a lawsuit is filed against a dispute arising out of the use of the service, the court under the Civil Procedure Law of the Republic of Korea shall be a competent court.
